Math Pentathlon

A non-competitive after school program where students play games that reinforce math concepts. The fun & educational 7-week program culminates in a game day where students complete against other Fox Chapel elementary school students at Dorseyville Middle School. Each student receives a t-shirt and a medal for participating.
Volunteers are needed to assist leaders with taking attendance, serving after-school snacks, learning & practicing games, and dismissing students at pickup. Parents may volunteer in two-week increments or for the duration of the program. Volunteers are also needed to help monitor mathletes on Game Day. The 2018 Math Pentathlon dates are Thursdays January 18th through March 1st with Game Day on Saturday morning March 3rd.
